“This is one of the the greatest treasures in all of Memphis. Somewhat of a hole in the wall, the sandwiches are local made and world class. My mouth literally waters when I think of them.The chicken salad is unique and awesome. The potato soup is ALWAYS fire.And the ladies that run this place are just some of the sweetest, most wonderful people around.Do yourself a favor and stop here and stop here often!“
“What a great healthy restaurant to stop at for lunch. I had the vegetable panini and the house salad, both of which were excellent. The watermelon water was great as well, although a tiny bit sugary for my liking. I would've preferred an unsweetened version. The only hiccup was that I didn't receive any dressing on my salad and had to go back to the counter to ask, which seems like a strange omission. The space was cute and well-decorated, and the neighbourhood felt welcoming as well. I would definitely come back here.“
“I was a first timer and I'm always excited about supporting a black owned business and I told the cashier that but she wasn't friendly or talkative at all, the food was expensive (but what's not these days) but IT WAS SOOO GOOD! I will try once more and hopefully the owner reads this and will speak with cashier about her unfriendly, unconcerned customer service.“
“Dropped in for a late lunch. After a customer placed two phone calls trying to get the order right an employee went around them and fixed my meal. Outstanding customer service that's how you do it. Good job today guys the food was fantastic.“
“Ummmmm, just okay. Cute place. Fun interior. But the food was lacking. Not bad but certainly not fabulous. I got the adult grilled cheese with pasta salad. Meh. Both were very verrry bland. The pasta salad was dry and needed more flavor. The adult grilled cheese appeared to be (and tasted like) a panini rather than grilled. It was dry and tasteless. It needed that grilled butteriness. And it's supposedly made with sharp cheddar and mozzarella. I did not detect any of the sharp bite one expects with sharp cheddar. Again, it was just dry and tasteless. Not...baaaaaaad. Just not good. Now - my son got the cheeseburger and fries. I nibbled on his fries and those were delicious.“

My first time here.Completely decked out for Christmas the grand room I didn't get pics of because it had customers in it. Everywhere you turn it's decorated. Will Absolutely be back. “I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats. My order at 6:50 pm while in the Southaven Pizza parking lot. I was advised it would be ready at 7:19 pm. When I went inside to pick up my order, I was advised that the cashier forgot to write down my order and that it would be an additional 15 minutes (7:34 pm). No apology for the inconvenience or anything. When I went back inside the second time at 7:45 pm and was advised that the order still was not ready. I was advised that it would be an additional 10 minutes (7:55 pm) because the orders still was not ready. When I asked the rude cashier, with the pink hair, why it was taking so long she advised that the machine didn't go off. The store was not busy although when customer service called her she made it seem like she was just so busy. Busy cashiers don't have time to walk outside, sit on the patio, twiddle their thumbs on their phone, and smoke their vape. The order was not ready until after 8 pm. The cashier was rude and unprofessional with was poor customer service.“
“I love this CFA, I sometimes tutor here while we enjoy a meal. The employees are always prompt, friendly, and attentive. They sometimes give out samples of new menu items if the lobby gets particularly full. My fave things to order are the grilled nuggets, the chicken tenders, and the pepper jack chicken deluxe sandwich. Their Mac and cheese is pretty good. I love the melty cheese bits. Overall, one of the best fast food experiences around!“
“Crowded on Sunday night but it was expected. 40 minute wait time...sat in 30. Service was quick and adequate. Saw other customers leave. Might have been looking for more professionalism, but at least it wasn't bad service; gave full tip. Good foods not above-and-beyond experience. Would go again and temper expectations.“
“Our service was great! We did have to wait a while on our pizza but it was a Friday night at 6. Our salad and garlic knots came out pretty quickly. The pizza was amazing. Half Hawaiian half muffuletta and both tasted SO good! The garlic knots weren't my favorite.“

“Recently, this location was purchased by a new owner. He has cleaned up, remodeled and improved the food!! I enjoy the buffet and the salad bar. He has party rooms, catering is available, meeting rooms and in the future has plans for arcade machines for the children to enjoy. New crew is friendly and extremely nice!!“
“It was our first time to try Pyro's and I was concerned after reading reviews, however we had a Fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful, answered our questions, and worked fast (there was quite a line on a Friday night)! Our pizzas and salads were Delicious! Fresh ingredients, crispy crust, unique dressings, and friendly workers! Glad we have leftovers...looking forward to having Pyro's for lunch tomorrow!“
“I had the 6 wing combo that came with fries and a drink for $13. If you get just the wings, it's $12... Might want to look at what you are getting before ordering. They are party wings. You can get them naked or breaded. I got mine naked with Buffalo sauce. It was good. nothing amazing but good enough. The fries were decent. The food came out pretty quickly. I will come back again to try different seasonings.“
“I got the cob salad with fried chicken xtra chicken tender side of ranch and buffalo sauce and it was the best salad I have ever had!!! Service was fast employees where friendly and my bag had all my sauces napkins and silverware I needed. Definitely will be coming back.“
