I picked up dinner at Bojangles tonight.
Great food, great service, friendly employees!
Long wait times in the drive-thru. They take the order, you pay, then they get you to pull up or into a parking lot and wait roughly 10-15 minutes for your food. Roughly 6-7 cars are waiting at a time. When the worker comes out, she carries about 3-4 bags of food and ends up giving people the wrong items. Very disappointing.
Horrible the service, the wait and the employees.
