My family and I visited this location on Saturday and the experience was somewhat underwhelming. Our waitress seemed to be preoccupied and not very accommodating at all. We had to ask for utensils. Our food was not hot, our glasses were empty several times. When it was time to pay, my husband gave her the cc,and she took so long to return he had ended up approaching her at the counter. The experience was not good.
The food was hot upon pick up at curbside. The service is not always good, though. There is one particular young lady who should be given another job where she doesn't have to socialize.

Every time we go to Memphis, we stop here. Their food and service are excellent. One of us always gets the catfish and I choose either fried shrimp or the cuban. You wouldn't expect that the cuban would be a good choice at a restaurant that highlights seafood,but you'd be wrong. It consistently is the best one I've had regardless of the restaurant. Service is great. Refills come unsolicited,which is refreshing.
