I know, why did I go to a wing place and not get wings? Bear with me here...I had the grilled chicken buffalitos and that chicken felt like microwaved, hard chicken rocks. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. How can you go somewhere specializing in chicken with such poor quality? The chicken wasn't even seasoned! They were hoping the sauce would be enough...

Two times I've come here and the service is horrible. Plus, the general manager likes to come up with excuses for her employees' poor performances. A total disregard to customer service here.
