I will NEVER purchase from another BWW again. After the service I received last night, it’s apparent this caliber of people BWW has working for them doesn’t warrant my business and anyone else I warn to stay away.I placed an order for a 20pc, fries, 2 cookies and cheese curds. My husband picked it up after driving 7 hrs from GA for work. When he got there, he was told the order was READY. When he got home, the order was only 10pcs, fries, curds and 1 cookie. I called asked to speak to a manager, and before the conversation began, I asked for his name was Alex. I shared what occurred, and the FIRST thing he does is put the blame on us by saying we should’ve checked the bag. I informed him the waiter said the food was ready, so we had no reason to think anything was amiss. The conversation that ensued afterwards is by far the worst encounter I’ve ever had with a manger! He essentially said “what do you want me to do about it” and when I asked for a refund, he said it would take 2 weeks! I asked why, when the mistake took much less, and he proceeded to go off on a rant about BWW being a Fortune 500 company, and their location was one of 7k, and he’s not the owner of the business, etc! I let him know he was very rude and his response was unacceptable! He MADE SURE to inform me that the conversation was being recorded and I REALLY hope so. I really hope you guys go through that call!! He does not deserve to be at the front!! Especially interacting with customers!

This was the most horrible experience. First, we were seated and others that were seated after us, were getting their orders taken before we were ever greeted. I wanted a burger so that's why we went to BWW, because they have very good burgers. They were OUT. OF. BURGERS. How are you out of burgers??? Very poor planning on someone's part! We ended up ordering the chicken sandwiches with fries and Mac and cheese for my grandson. My food came first. The fries were ice cold and had to ask for more. I don't understand why they don't deliver all the food at the same time like a normal restaurant does. I was halfway done with my meal before the mac and cheese was delivered. This should be a ready to eat meal. Why the wait? I was finished with my meal before my husband's meal was delivered. We both ordered chicken sandwiches. Again, I don't understand why they couldn't be delivered at the same time! I couldn't blame our waitress, because this was obviously a kitchen issue. And yes, she got her 20%. The last issue, the volume was so loud we just stopped talking, because we were having to scream so loud just to hear each other talk. Overall horrible experience by BWW!!!

I usually eat here and love the service. As a delivery driver, we are here on the customer's behalf. I’m usually here twice a day, at least most days. I walked to the counter after looking at the shelves to find the order I needed for the customer. The order wasn’t there, so I went to the counter to ask. A blonde chick rudely pointed and said, 'It’s over there,' before I could even say the customer's name. She rolled her eyes when I politely said it wasn’t there. She rolled her eyes again when I asked her to speak up because I could barely hear her. Normally, everyone at the front counter is great and super polite. I’m not sure what her issue was, but one bad attitude will ruin everyone else’s.

We were passing through Memphis from Nashville and ordered online for a pick up. I saw all the bad reviews and hesitated, but I’m glad I ordered. It was better than the Wild Wings we go to in Franklin! We always get the cauliflower wings, and these were big, juicy, crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. The ones we get in Franklin are usually tiny, burnt, can’t taste the cauliflower, etc. We wanted extra ranch but I forgot to ask, but it didn’t matter. They gave us a big bowl size. Thank you so much Wild Wings Memphis! We appreciate that! Long cut veggies also accompanied that ranch, and we were pleasantly satisfied all around. There was no wait, a happy employee to quickly retrieve my food in a heater, and a happy customer left.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings
