Kwanna was an absolute joy. She was running the store and doing a fabulous job. We will definitely return.
Almost a great experience...young lady on the speaker was so polite and welcoming
The young man in the window however...didn't speak, didn't give me a straw a single napkin nor the condiments I requested...he effectively ruined my lunch break lol...even handing me the bag was a struggle for him 🤦🏽♀

Front counter and manager were very cordial asking all of us in the dining area multiple times if everything was to our liking.

Captain D's offers good food with great service, although the atmosphere can be noisy and some employees may use inappropriate language. Ordering through Google can lead to issues, but the helpful staff, including those working at the window, contribute positively to the experience. Recently, customers have noted that new staff are on board, working hard to provide tasty options like green beans, corn on the cob, and fried okra. While some have mentioned that portion sizes, like the fish, may have changed, the food remains fresh and hot. The drive-thru can be tight, but dining in allows for a better experience at Captain D's, where the team strives to cater to all customers, including seniors. Overall, it remains a good place to get fish and enjoy a pleasant meal.
