Pretzel bun chicken sandwich was delicious, fries were hot, the employees were super nice and efficient. Only downside, the floor was sticky but it has been since 1995.
This locaiton is hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good, most of the time it is overcooked. Sometimes the staff are pleasant, sometimes they are not. Everytime I have been inside it has been dirty. Tables and floors need cleaned.
Never ever had an issue with the Wendy's on W. Poplar in Collierville. Always fresh. But today, June 29, the food was trash. My spicy chicken sandwich #8 is not fully cooked. I bit into it but couldn't bite completely into it. And when I broke it on half. The skin came completely off my uncooked and small piece of chicken. So on one half I have lettuce skin and bread, and uncooked chicken on the other half. And then it wasn't a whole piece of chicken. It's like they cut one piece...read full review
