My food was sooo delicious and it looked like the advertised meal. It came so quick but I did catch them on an early weekday where busy wasn't packed. I enjoyed every bite of it. The waitress was very nice and the location wasn't bad. I was seated in no time and the restroom was clean!!!
The experience is what you would probably expect from Chilis at this point in time. Walking into the restaurant, there is an “odor” that just gives you that needing to be deep clean feeling. The service is dependent on which server you get. The food is hit or miss (freshness is the main concern). Since moving to the area, we generally will go 1 night a week as we know the drinks and food are consistent.We have gotten to know the GM, Jason well and he clearly cares about his team and restaurant. Our favorite bartender/server is Connelly, as he always has a smile on his face and happy to help.It's a typical chain, however seeing the pride and care the staff have keep us coming back.
