We sat in line for 35min then got to the order box at 7:02 and they said “we closed, bye” - my friend called their number and a woman (I’d say lady but the words that came out her mouth showed she wasn’t a lady) answered and unprompted began cussing at my friend ... so much for customer service. Wish I had recorded it.
Poor management is the big issue. On numerous occasions I have witnessed the manager sitting in the dining room not paying attention to what is going on. I sat in the drive through and they were doing one vehicle at a time, it took at least 10 minutes per car in the drive through. I have been a customer of Popeyes since it first opened in Arabi Louisiana. It’s sad to see such a great organization have such a poorly managed restaurant.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
THEY LET PEOPLE STAY IN LINE FOR 25 PLUS MIN ONLY TO TELL THEM THEY HAVE NO CHICKEN AND THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY.
THEY COULD HAVE SENT SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO TELL PEOPLE, BUT NOOOO. THEY ARE LAZY AND DON’T GIVE A RAT’S A$$.
It has happened way more than once and the attitude you get is appalling.
Won’t be returning because enough is enough.
