we ordered dinner..( take out) for our familywhen arriving home some of our items were missing..( okay it happens)my husband went back for them..yet another 15 waiting period…i began pulling the meals together… the first salad was rotten… i called my husband telling him to get a replacement salad… the next salad we ordered was also rotteni called chilies to talk with the manager… afteri waited 20 minutes..& was hung up on 3 times… finally reached someone ( name withheld )who did replace the meal…(he was very understanding.. )the very next day … second meal was prepared better..cheeseburgers and chicken sandwicheswere okay but over salty and i like salt..the thirdreplacement salad was also rotten…i photographed the original saladson the counter top again it’s nasty…the white paper towel is the replacement meal’s salad…. they seriously need to keep an eye on their produce…. we were disappointed ☹️ … please know that we received half salads .. that was approximately about a cup of lettuce.. andhalf of the lettuce was rotten….

Food came out late, then wrong, and when sent back, just never reappeared.One hostess was outright hostile and simply walked away from me midsentence.We had to get up, get our own silverware, and remind the staff of the food we were waiting on.Absolutely pathetic experience. Never going back to this Chilis.

I visit this restaurant often on today this was the most HORRIBLE experience I had here. From the wait staff the bartender and even the GENERAL MANAGER. I waited 5 minutes to be seated. Was looked at by the waiter and not even greeted the bartender looked at me and walked to the back. When the young lady did acknowledge me she was not pleasant. The bartender sat me in the bar area as requested by me. In the back corner of the bar. Asked for a manager he comes out stated he is the General manager. He was very defensive and not listening to my concerns he stated to me sitting in the back of the restaurant is just as good as sitting anywhere else in the restaurant he doesn't understand my issues. I then told him he isn't worth talking to I will contact corporate because you are listening to respond not understand what I am saying. I often visit this place weekly. Guess this was my last visit to this location
Had a great birthday lunch with my mom, and we had a wonderful server named KD, we will be back again!!

I ordered fries with no salt and the sent out burnt fries twice. From my understanding one of the young ladies that bring out the food told me that they don't cook new fries until they run out. So they have me 2 order of fries that had salt on them and to get the salt off they dropped them in the grease. So that's why they was burnt. They finally bright out a fresh order of fries I guess. I was done with my burger by the time the 3rd order of fries came out. I spoke with the manager on duty, James. He told me that wasn't right. I told him that they never know if I have an allergy to salt and that was now acceptable. And by cup had old sugar in it so I asked for a to go cup

This is supposed to be the Mexican chipotle bowl… normally they at least half cook the shrimp..but this was it for me ? they really put RAW shrimp in this bowl, mushy tomatoes, corn straight out the can, and the rice? I have no words… in conclusion it’s not giving what it’s supposed to give. This is the worst chilis location I’ve been to & highly don’t recommend! They should remove this dish from the menu since they can never get it right ?.

Since moving to the area, we generally will go 1 night a week as we know the drinks and food are consistent.We have gotten to know the GM, Jason well and he clearly cares about his team and restaurant. Our favorite bartender/server is Connelly, as he always has a smile on his face and happy to help.It's a typical chain, however seeing the pride and care the staff have keep us coming back.
