“Plan to get there early for dinner- we arrived around 5:45 and didn’t have to wait but the line was out the door when we were leaving. Ribs had good flavor, pulled pork was tender. Catfish bites were delicious. Stuffed but had to try to the banana pudding too!“

“Me and my wife stopped in at the Corky's on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova on 2/23/26 for a early dinner (as we was out in the area for a Dr's appt.) to beat the crowd as this was my first time actually at this location. We stopped at Chili's at first on Germantown Pkwy but never got greeted at all so after 10 mins we left. Went into Corky's was seated right away, got our soft drinks, and our appetizer really quickly, as well as our food as we couldn't even finish our appetizer before our meal came out. Heather went above and beyond was very friendly and she got a nice tip because so. She was right on top of everything. Nothing better then going to a place to eat where you get outstanding customer service and the food is great as well...Going to have to try your guys buffet (is it only on Wednesday)?... Way to go Heather and Corky's staff will defiently be back.“

“My daughter got me some beef short ribs today, let me tell you, it was sooooo tender and falling off the bone. She paid $25 for what I thought was for a large order, it was a one bone short rib. So, I'm guessing I got the small order for $25 plus a can coke which added up to $31. The ribs were amazing but the price for a one bone rib is crazy.“

“Sleeper restraunt, thought it was a drive thru and stopped by today for lunch, actually very spacious inside despite it looking so small. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly and fast. Food is very affordable and tastes great for the value. “O-M- GEE! I ordered the ox tails with jollof rice and when it was delivered, it was still hot like it had just been placed in the container! well seasoned, meat so tender it melts in your mouth, and the rice was delicious as well! I had to call a friend and send her a pic! LOL! 10/10“

“My Sister, Tommie and I visited this place today. The food was great. I had the pulled chopped salmon sandwich it had coleslaw and barbecue sauce on it. The buns were toasted.. it was very good. I would go back just for that. Tommie had the rib tips and slaw. She bragged about the barbecue sauce. It added zest to the tips.. the place was nice and clean, service was fast and friendly..“

“This place has that atmosphere where you’ll need to have a certain liking towards this vibe. Volume of the music is pretty loud (which I love the fact they have LIVE music, which I hope stays.) The food is indubiosly delicious. The Philly had a bun that was just as the best as the rest of the sandwich. Tasty meat and vegetables. With the onion rings being right out of the fryer and super hot. Sampled the inside OWT grilled cheese, would reccomend! Tried some of the marinara and Buffalo sauce, which were notable. The staff are as nice as you would usually meet at any other restaurant. Would come back for the experience.“

“The rib tips are soo good !!! And the mild & hot bbq sauce is fye. However, best to go during the day tho bcuz getting the foods towards their closing time the rib tips don’t be cut into bit size pieces. The food is fresh and made to order. I love their fries and fried okra too. Worth coming back too. Can’t wait to try their smoked turkey legs and bbq nachos. Overall, highly recommend for good bbq in Memphis.“

“🗣️ SHOUT OUT TO DAVID AT ONE & ONLY BBQ - GERMANTOWN PARKWAY/TIMBER CREEK!🗣️ With so much going on around me this past week, of course another ball dropped and the Honey-baked ham wasn’t ordered.🤦🏼♀️ After calling so many places and ultimately given the “too late” responses, I saw that One & Only BBQ sells spiral hams! I called one location and was told that I “had to give a one day notice” followed by (what felt like) a quick hang-up. I knew then that I was screwed!😣 I went ahead and called another location (just in case) they may not have the same “rules”.🤞🙏🤞🙃 The first guy that answered wasn’t sure so he at least placed me on hold and asked someone for me. He came back and politely apologized while giving me the same news. They needed a “one day notice”. He was very empathetic and so nice.💯 (This makes a difference when you’re feeling defeated BTW).😳 We hung up and I started to scroll for more places to turn to; then my phone rang. It was David with One & Only! (I’m thinking he must be the manager.) He must have overheard someone talking about it or something but he looked on the phone to get my number! I answered and he said, “Hello, Mrs Amie…. !” (Introducing himself) and jumped into action inquiring about my needs!😍 Needless to say, he’s making it happen and I AM ONE GRATEFUL MAMA / GRAMMY because now I’m on-track for another wonderful Easter with my family tomorrow!💛 It’s always been a favorite holiday of mine and David just came through for me!
