I went early morning before work. Food was not fresh and presentation was horrible. Couldn't eat without thinking preparer did something to sandwich. Went back after work to get a better prepared sandwich. I was disappointed because I spent additional time and gas to get a order corrected, only to find out the original preparer was a manager that morning. She can't write no one up when she's not pushing out proper menu items
TOPS used to be a great restaurant for burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. As of late, the pulled pork sandwiches are terrible. The meat is usually dry with lots of fat and not enough sauce. The regular is like a kiddie sandwich and the jumbo like a regular. Also, the burgers are still good (that why they didn't get 1 star), but the lettuce and tomatoes need to be fresh and plentiful.
