Ventilation is non existent. The smell while dining and on your clothes after is awful. Drinks aren’t included in the price. We were brought the wrong item numerous times and still expected to eat it. Can’t control the portion sizes for what you order. Wait time is long.
Skip it. Go to HQ instead, they don’t have any of the issues I listed above.

Extremely interactive..Great for dates or family outings. The food was extremely fresh and the restaurant was clean.

The hot pot is great, and the Thai tom yum broth is tastier than competitors. The tomato broth is a personal favorite, flavorful without being too heavy. The wings on the bar are outstanding, and the self-serve dessert and sauce bar are amazing. Ordering is super easy with the QR code system, and a cat robot delivers the food, adding a fun, unique touch. The interior is a very ambient cozy aesthetic place with a modern, tech-inspired vibe. Service can be a bit slow at times, but the staff are the right amount of social, extremely nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. FANTASTIC service and FANTASTIC food make this the best place for hotpot and kbbq. The side dish bar is consistently tasty, and anything with “901” in the name is definitely worth trying. A 10/10 recommendation for a date night, lunch, or a large group experience.
