“Thank you for hosting us for dinner tonight. The appetizers were delicious, and the entrées were equally impressive— I enjoyed the General Chicken while my partner had the General Shrimp. Both dishes were prepared with great care. I’d also like to give a special shout‑out to Alex, who was truly a class act. He went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our meals. For me, customer service is what defines a business, and Alex’s genuine care for his customers is simply stellar.“

“My friends and I decided to go to A-Tan on Valentine’s Day and we had a great experience. We were seated within 10 minutes and were kept entertained as we awaited our chef to begin. Each course was expertly prepared and tasted great. I especially liked the heart shaped rice that he created during the meal preparation. Overall the food was great and we had an enjoyable evening.“

“This was my family's favorite place and we came almost every week until 2 really bad experiences with the food. I mentioned it in my review here and they responded apologetically promising to address the issues and asking us to come back. When we went back again it was as fantastic as it had been before, so I'm back on board for returning regularly. Thanks Bartlett Tokyo Grill!“
