It seems that McDonald's had moved exclusively to a touch screen ordering platform.Several people were having difficulty navigating the menu system but the "help" were just standing behind the counter 'watching' instead of offering to help. Why?It just makes me want to spend my money somewhere wise that VALUES me as a customer with friendly staff that are there to TAKE MY ORDER!?!
It has always been a better than average mcdonalds something has changed after several trips there I noticed all the different attitudes among the employees bickering back and forth slowly producing a correct finish product.

It typically is good. If they get your order incorrect, they'll normally correct it. My order is correct 60% of the time. I have learned to check my order BEFORE I leave the premises as I don't want to have to go back.The service is less than desirable when they have new people or the management staff there could care less if they are there. I almost always have good service as I know most of the people, unless they are new.
