I don't see how people get such good service from this location. I was here around 12pm and it wasnt hardly busy and they messed up my food. And then took a long time to fix it. There still weren't many people or orders. And then I hear multiple people complaining about their orders being messed up too, it is insane. How are you going to argue with someone over how they requested their food when it's on a ticket.
The taco bell @ germantown rd & 64 has GREAT customer service, food is always hot , everyone is always so kind and helpful.

We are here alot, and every time we have had great service. We are here so much they know my name, my husband & granddaughter love taco bell. Please dont take away the managers or staff they are great! They need some raises.

This Taco Bell had one of the most pleasant and supportive atmospheres of any Taco Bell I've been to. That's despite it being in Memphis. And when Memphis showed up and wore out it's welcome, it was very politely asked to leave.
