Just went here today around 1130 am and food was OK but asked for 2 jamocha shakes at the drive thru and then asked again at the window to make sure that they were jamocha and got home with 2 vanilla shakes. And the attitude of the woman in the drive thru was like she didn't care at
Wow I was greatly surprised when I was spoken to with intelligence and asked to Please place my order when ready. This should be expected but most of time never received. I'm happy to report the young lady was very friendly and helpful and professional manner. Thanks Arby's and keep up good work.

We weren't greeted with the nicest of employees. When we received our food, it was not hot, and the fries were half full. With the prices as high as they are, asking for a fry box to be full is not asking much. Y'all can do better.
