One & Only BBQ is a must-visit spot in Memphis, worth all five stars. The pulled pork sandwich is good, but some confusion with extra slaw. The fried bologna is excellent, with thick pieces cooked perfectly. The fried pickles are crispy and plentiful, while the brisket is tangy and delicious. Sides like coleslaw and "twice baked" potato salad are top-notch. The waitress provides excellent customer service, making the dining experience even better. The only downside is the lack of description for the sauces. Overall, the friendly staff, delicious food, and generous portions make One & Only BBQ a place worth returning to.
