Everything here is done right, and the quality speaks for itself. If you want the best barbecue in Memphis and accept no substitutions, Central BBQ is it.
food was flavorless even the Mac and cheese was nast ...no flavor ...this place use to be good ...brisket had no flavor and was doused with sauce...plus they dont have the take home cups anymore ...we are not coming back and wasting 65.00 over mediocre food
