Horrible service. Received wrong order at the window and even when we showed our receipt they were extremely rude. We ordered 2 regular and 1 mini sundae yet we received 1 regular and 2 mini sundaes. Our receipt reflected our order correctly yet the employee refused to accept that she gave us the wrong stuff. Absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only to get home to open up the WORST burger we have ever gotten from any fast food restaurant. The burger was burnt, very dry, and looked like it may have been left over from earlier in the day and heated up for us. The burger was DEFINITELY NOT fresh and our whole experience goes against the very thing Freddy’s prides themselves on:
