I visited Skimo's for the first time in several years. We weren't in the mood for a full meal, so we ordered multiple appetizers. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. Our drinks from the bar were very good and the service was attentive and pleasant. I will definitely be returning.
Great food, good atmosphere and good service. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth when you spend $50 on a meal and they charge you $1 for a tiny container of ranch for your pizza. Bad business model but just my opinion.

The food is Okay, I had the chicken breast which came out dry and charred, the mushrooms were also charred/burned, it was lacking I flavor and fairly small breast to boot. The significant other had the pork loin, she was very happy with her meal, the mashed potatoes were delicious. Maybe I should have stuck to Pizza!
