Placed an order online to pick it up at the window, just to be told that I have to come inside.
Then when I talk to a manager, she can’t tell me why I had to come inside because you can pick it up at the window.
Still waiting on a refund because they “can’t” give you a refund unless you come inside as well...
Worst customer service I’ve encounter having a young in experience manager on duty that think being rude to customers is Zaxby’s way... I will be making a formal complaint to upper management pending results. My family was kicked out of the establishment cause they don’t know how to shut down around customers. I haves work in food service corporately and now on the State level and this just lifted a bitter taste in my mouth.
