Fantastic customer service... Great staff... First time visiting and truly enjoyed my experience with the owners ... Will be back soon...
Been wanting to try Jets for a while but unfortunately it is located in an awkward spot for us to get to. But, the other day we had time and were in the area so we decided to dine in. Ordered an 8-slice Chicago style and it was incredible! I love pan crust pizza and Jets is top notch. Even my buddy who is a pizza snob totally loved it. Staff was friendly and I think I have to go back and try the wings. Cant wait for an opportunity to come back!
I wanted to share a truly great experience I had yesterday ordering a pizza for delivery from Jet’s . I text to order after a long, pretty awful exhausting day, waited about 20 minutes and realized I never got a confirmation so I ended up calling this location. Based on the reviews, Jet's Pizza offers real Detroit style pizza. The food is fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as ordered. Specific menu items mentioned include BBQ chicken pizza, honey chipotle/BBQ wings, and a Jets 10 deep dish, which had an amazing, crunchy crust. The service is efficient and professional, with a kind young woman providing A1 customer service. The store owner is very professional and appreciates his team and customers. However, some reviews mention issues with website deals being removed within minutes and an unpleasant attitude from the owner in the background. Overall, the restaurant takes pride in quality and consistency, with one reviewer highly satisfied and recommending the place, while another chose to go elsewhere due to the experience with the deals and the owner.
