No one in the establishment had on a hairnet or wore gloves. The young boy was messing with his ear pods and fixing sandwiches. The other young boy was sniffling the entire time he was making sandwiches. I was soooo messed up that I left before placing my order.
The food at any ? ? subs is amazing. I love the steak and cheese. The service was not great, the young person who took our order asked bare minimum questions, never smiled, never said anything that wasn't necessary. When we asked if we could get our order to go, from the vibe we got it was a big inconvenience. The people preparing our sandwiches were not in any hurry to assist. Firehouse Sub in my opinion is the best sub shop we've had across all of Tennessee, judging by all the ones I've ever tried from Memphis, Nashville, Gallatin, and Smyrna Tennessee.
