love new York Steamer. love brown mustard
Went today, about an hour ago, and the 2 ladies and 1 gentleman that were working were so incredibly helpful and nice to me! My sandwich was delicious, but I just can’t get over the level of customer service that I received!
Those three have definitely made a life long Firehouse customer out of me. The gentleman even helped me get my app working on my phone. Seriously, next level service.
Thank you.

Firehouse Subs on Cordova Parkway Place is known for its welcoming atmosphere and hot, fresh food. Customers have praised the toasted bread and the overall quality of the subs, which they describe as delicious and sloppy in a good way. The restaurant features a firefighter-themed decor, with helmets on the walls and pictures. The Coca-Cola machine provides good drinks, and the sandwiches, such as the Hook and Ladder and the Italian sub, are generally well-received. While the floor may be a bit dirty, the tables are clean and wiped down. The service is friendly, though some customers have noted a lack of enthusiasm from the staff at times. Overall, Firehouse Subs offers a pleasant dining experience, with a kid-friendly environment and tasty food.
