“It's Domino's, so if you've had Domino's pizza anywhere, you kind of know what you are in for. “The young lady on the register took her time to explain all the different flavors and recommended the most poplar ones to give us an idea of which to try. Thank you so much for your patients as it was our first visit. The food was delicious. The fried green tomatoes, corn nuggets and my salad with the vegan dressing were all perfect sides. “🗣️ SHOUT OUT TO DAVID AT ONE & ONLY BBQ - GERMANTOWN PARKWAY/TIMBER CREEK!🗣️ With so much going on around me this past week, of course another ball dropped and the Honey-baked ham wasn’t ordered.🤦🏼‍♀️ After calling so many places and ultimately given the “too late” responses, I saw that One & Only BBQ sells spiral hams! I called one location and was told that I “had to give a one day notice” followed by (what felt like) a quick hang-up. I knew then that I was screwed!😣 I went ahead and called another location (just in case) they may not have the same “rules”.🤞🙏🤞🙃 The first guy that answered wasn’t sure so he at least placed me on hold and asked someone for me. He came back and politely apologized while giving me the same news. They needed a “one day notice”. He was very empathetic and so nice.💯 (This makes a difference when you’re feeling defeated BTW).😳 We hung up and I started to scroll for more places to turn to; then my phone rang. It was David with One & Only! (I’m thinking he must be the manager.) He must have overheard someone talking about it or something but he looked on the phone to get my number! I answered and he said, “Hello, Mrs Amie…. !” (Introducing himself) and jumped into action inquiring about my needs!😍 Needless to say, he’s making it happen and I AM ONE GRATEFUL MAMA / GRAMMY because now I’m on-track for another wonderful Easter with my family tomorrow!💛 It’s always been a favorite holiday of mine and David just came through for me! This one gets to know their customers. When I strut inside towards the seating area he already knows who I am and what I ordered. Sometimes around noon it can be a little busy with the call in orders but it's just yums.“

My wife tried Sidewayz Grille earlier in the day and convinced me to cancel my original dinner plans to go and try the food here. “My new favorite pizza place isn't this area. Our server was awesome and extremely helpful. The kids ordered their own pizzas and they were able to make them at the table which they loved. This is probably the best dough I have had in forever it didn't taste like it came from a can so that's already better than everywhere else in town. Toppings were plentiful and fresh. You are a business, you should be accessible and convenient for your customers. Where is the efficiency? You could be more profitable and successful if you would just improve the overall experience of ordering. It is inconvenient for me to leave my home to place an order, when I could have done it by phone or online. Come on get it together, because the food is on point but the experience is awful. A bad culture will eat whatever strategy you have in place alive and currently your culture of inefficiency is delivering a bad experience.“
