In all the years that I've gone to Piccadilly, this was the first time that the wait staff NEVER came to our table to bring silverware, straws, and napkins. I finally got up and got all that was needed for my wife, granddaughter, and myself. I love dining at Piccadillys because at times I just want to get something to eat without having to wait to be seated. Nowadays restaurants are so understaffed, and I am too impatient to wait past 30 minutes to eat.At Piccadilly I can get some delicious food, sit there, eat and get on with the rest of my day. Virgil Clayton was the manager on duty..My carrot soufflé had a fingernail in it . The manager got the fingernail. He never once apologize, however he did give me my money back due to me not eating the food after finding the fingernail.I asked him is there a requirement for them to use gloves? He stated yes.
