99% of the time, this Zaxby’s always hits just right. The workers are very fast and seem to actually care about doing good work. The food is always good and I get everything I ask for 99% of the time. You can’t beat that. This Zaxby’s is way better than any in the area and I’m so happy I can rely on this restaurant to give me what I want with good service. It’s a lot to ask for these days.

Went for The Southern Shrimp, nicely breaded, but overly salted. Paid 24.12 for two combos. The service was good. The interior looks and feels dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and perhaps some new decor as well.Parking: There is plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: I've seen kids there. The man at drive thru wasn't friendly and didn't give me a receipt. I had to pull forward just for them to bring out shrimp, boneless wings that were not fresh. Stop going here on my lunch break a long time ago now I see why.

The staff at this location is amazing in every way. Fast, efficient, very friendly and welcoming. I go through the take out window during most visits and it takes less than 2-3 minutes from the time I order to when I drive away with food. There is not another fast-food restaurant in the Memphis area that can compare.

When there for just lettuce only got two orders of lettuce and they charged me 23 dollars for the two orders and the plates were a quarter full. It was unbelievable, both so called large salads didn't even fill up a small bowl. So basically I paid for two large salads with only lettuce and got lettuce that both of them together wasn't even a small size. Talk about a total rip off and not friendly at all. They were short and rude when I called to order it. Wasn't polite at all when I went through the drive thru to get it. A horrible experience all around. This isn't my first Zaxby's in Memphis that I have had terrible rude service and food that I know sit under a heat lamp way to long. I didn't order chicken at all this time because the last 3 times I went and all different locations the food was terrible and old. I love Zaxby's or I use to when the food wasn't so nasty and old. Seems to be getting worse and worse especially at the Germantown location. I know they don't care but I will never again eat at Zaxby's brand restaurant again. I have given them way to many chances and lately it's just been terrible. Must be keeping there food way longer now and it seems that's what is policy for them because like I said it has been different locations also. Sad it use to be good now it's just not any good at all

To go order 2 chicken sandwich meals fries were cold and mushy sandwich was cold small piece of chicken looked to have been under heat lamp for hours bun was burnt could not even bite through it. Egg rolls were disgusting have the whole order to the
The girl with the too big broom eyelashes working. The window and the other girl working with her were absolute trash rushing me through my order after I had said I have a few things by asking “will that be all” with nothing but attitude. Told to pull up to door, was then yelled at by some guy cause we dint pull into a space I guess.

Ordered a Cobb salad around 3:45pm through drive thur. Make it work up the street in realize under the fried chicken the lettuce is purple & witty! I man with tattoos on his arm ask for a receipt I told him I couldn’t find it Js replace for a fresh salad cause I’m not eating it. He looks to be getting mad stating he a manager he know how to do his job . I told him I’m a whole manager myself in I take care of all customers ! He then telling his workers I didn’t get the salad from there cause I added pickles & thousand island dressing I told him I work at Walmart I can add what I like . He still talking slight which is very un necessary !! Guess Zaxby has a thug manager working with a smart mouth! My last time spending a dime at this location. Word of the mouth will make you loose sales

It's a shame that the staff is in such a rush to get you out of their line that the quality of the experience suffers. The food is what you'd expect, but the fact that I asked for a few extra napkins at the window and the lady just kept repeating "you've got napkins in the bag" like I didn't hear her. And the kicker is she rushed to handing me a soda with the lid not properly put on. The drink got all over me and THATS why I was requesting the extra napkins. She was just interested in having an attitude while I just didn't want to have to deal with hers in explaining the situation once it was clear she wasn't interested in resolving anything professionally. I do not understand why a few extra napkins is such a big deal to this lady that she'd really argue over it. Like??
