Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers quick service with curb side pickup only. Customers find the boneless chicken and fries tasty, and many appreciate the fast and courteous service, with the food always hot and fresh. The staff, including the manager, work hard to make amends for any errors. The large parking lot can be busy, which might make parking difficult during peak times. Although indoor dining is not available, ordering ahead on the app or at the drive-up window helps ensure a smoother experience. Some customers note that the place is very clean and has good prices, and for those who enjoy wings and things, Zaxby's remains a reliable choice. However, not all menu items hit the mark for everyone; for example, some found the cobb salad and egg rolls not to their taste, citing issues like greasiness and overly sweet sauces. Overall, Zaxby's is a popular spot for many, especially those looking for quick, tasty chicken options.
