Staying at a nearby hotel. Walked to Zaxbys. Ordered a “#3” from the polite cashier. Received the wrong meal (three nibblerz) and didn’t find out until back at the hotel. Walked back. Manager refunded my charge and recharged me for the correct meal. I asked to have my drink refilled, they initially said no (!?) then refilled it after explaining the walk. Food was as expected. Can’t rate atmosphere since there is no indoor dining. Don’t think anyone was under the influence.

Ordered on the app. Said the food will take 70 minutes to be ready. I get home with the food. Order was definitely made an hour ago. Order was wrong as well. Do yourself a favor and just go to Chick-fil-A.

The wait time of 20 minutes for a salad is UNACCEPTABLE. While I ordered the Tacos and Cobb Salad, I was only told to pull up in an open parking spot. At a moment I thought that the team lead had to go to Kroger to get lettuce for the salad. While I will say this wasn’t my best Zaxby’s experience, I wish that the employee would have communicated better instead of saying pull up……let me know the reason why I am pulling up.

The young lady over the speaker that took our order sounded so ready to go home sounded like she didn’t care if she took the order or if we drove off yikes. But I have to still give 5 stars the guy at the window was literally super excited ? he told us to pull up cause they are cooking it fresh I tried the new fried chicken Philly YALL IT WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS ♥️♥️♥️ the fries was so hot I burned my tongue ? don’t worry guys it’s a good thing ??♀️? now I stop coming to Zaxby’s because they started selling the best egg rolls I’ve ever tasted in my life than they started making you purchase a salad to get one egg roll they wouldn’t sell it separately so I just stop coming ??♀️ that’s the truth but my mom asked for this fried chicken Philly sandwich and she really enjoyed it and it looked so delicious so I drove back and purchased one about 30 minutes later and I’m hooked as long as they keep making these fresh they will be a hit but bring back the egg rolls and sell them separately please and ? thank you
