Ordered my food online and when I arrived at the restaurant my food was sitting behind the counter not in reach and I had to wait in line just to received it. It was cold I got there 8 mins after it was supposed to be ready. My kickin chicken sandwich didn't have hot sauce on it just ranch. Won't be returning. I've eaten here once before. Went to this Zaxby's and they made a mistake on my first order. However, after going back and asking for them to correct the error, not only did they do so in a prompt manor, but did so very pleasantly and apologetically. The customer service was excellent and the employees deserve tons of credit.

Hot and fresh food and they have coke products and booths. What’s not to like? They have the best club sandwich- nothing on the menu that isn’t good, so you can’t go wrong no matter what you order.
