I don't usually leave reviews, but, as someone who used to work in the customer service and food industries, it's very important to point out.Firstly, I completely understand this location is busy and hectic, especially at this time of year. However, please try to interact with waiting patrons to some degree, even if you can't help them yet. Great Starbucks but it always congested. Long lines, slow wait times but quality is good. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness. Limited seating. It’s definitely made for mobile orders or to go orders. Not the most ideal place to sit and talk as they are usually really busy.
