The level of incompetence at the other Starbucks location compared to this one is night and day. The staff are friendly, prompt, & respectful here. Service was extremely fast. Hall & Hayes will have you waiting for 30 mins just to give you the meanest attitude for a $7 coffee. Do yourself a favor, visit this Starbucks location over Hall & Hayes. The experience here is 100x better than that unprofessional location. I will be coming to this Starbucks from now on.“

“Ava helped me out and she went above and beyond she was so kind she asked me if my drink was okay and if she needed to remake it. She made the drinks perfectly and i always ask for extra caramel and they are always stingy with the amount they give and she gave me so much caramel i am very happy with my experience there especially how i got treated now“
