“The coffee is good. I've been to the Sterling Heights location 4 times and I've been impressed everytime. My recent visit I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I usually go to another coffee shop to get the psl but I really enjoyed the one from Scooter's better than the other coffee shop. The staff is very friendly. I hope there's plans to open a location in the Clinton Township/Fraser Michigan area.“

“My experience at The Espresso House was excellent overall. We found this spot online, and it is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very masculine and spacious, with large televisions showcasing different soccer games. Very cool to have if you’re a soccer fan. The service was also amazing. The man who helped us was not only welcoming, but also very kind and patient. Regarding our drinks, they were delicious. My caramel latte had just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you are looking for a nice drink.“

“Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! This employee deserves some recognition!“

“I've heard great thigs about Turkish food so when I saw this new(ish) place, I wanted t give it a try.

I had kebabs and pide (looks like a long French bread pizza). Both were delicious. The kebabs were similar to Lebanese, but made with different/unique spices. I really liked them, and the pide too. The pide is what I really wanted to try because it comes up in YouTube travel videos a lot.

The server was helpful with describing the food and making recommendations. There were some unfamiliar things on the menu that looked great, and I'm excited to go back and try them.

If you're curious, and like food with a Mid-East flare, I recommend trying this restaurant. There aren't many Turkish restaurants in this area, and I'm happy they opened in the neighborhood.“

“I started coming here before work (with multiple sbux on the way) & they are absolutely phenomenal. The workers are always laughing & smiling. Drinks/food are prepared very fast compared to numerous other locations in the general area. They even mix my macchiato/chai for me sometimes, not to mention this is the only location that makes it correctly.“

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.“
