“We just had the best service here! And great coffee, tea, and treats! We had went on a walk and decided to treat ourselves to a coffee. After our order was ready and we went pay we found that I lost my license and id along our walk. OYE! They were so kind and patient with us with our frantic responses. They had us take our order anyway and said that they 'trust us'. Luckily, we found my id and card and went back and paid. They were still super nice when I went back in. We will be back and tell everyone else they should go as well!! You just don't have that small town feel anywhere else around here.“

“If you complain about the drinks, try other ones. Their drinks are too good. I literally cannot choose which is my favorite out of five of them. Everyone is quiet, not obnoxious, and respectful. The service is great. They make sure to always greet you and say goodbye when you leave. They always inform you if your drink needs stirring. They always show gratitude towards tips, and this also helps the atmosphere feel cozy and warm. “I have been going to MC Nutrition since the opening day. The staff has always been friendly on entering and on top of my order to the T! The shakes are healthy and delicious!I read some other reviews about safty concerning hand sanitizer and masks. “I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.“
