The food is good, as ususal, and although pricey, it's worth it if you want better quality fast food. The soft drink dispenser leaked on your hand when you used it and the paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was empty, so it's a good thing this was a restaurant because napkins are available. Gift card didn't work in credit card machine and the number had to be entered manually. Dominic and his co-workers were courteous, friendly and hard working.“

“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“

“I really had the best sweet spaghetti here. But was extremely grossed out by an elderly man just living next to the register? Just a full hospital bed chilling right at the end of the pickup counter on the way to the restrooms.... For all to see. He was sitting up in his bath robe, eating a Peach Mango Pie, and attending a Zoom call on his laptop.... 👍“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. Highly recommend for lunch or a catering!“

Marlin was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire process. “I went in here a couple days ago because the line was so long at the drive-thru. There was one person working - he said everybody else didn't show up but that he really appreciated my patience. He was able to get my order out while making everybody else's order all at the same time. I'm not sure what his name was but that guy was working his tail off and keeping that place going solo. Give that guy a raise.“

“As far as any McDonald's can do, this one does it quite well. Our food was good and they made me a quarter pounder with cheese minus the bun. I enjoyed it. There was an employee there that was quite helpful. His name I found out was Eric. Not only did he help us get our order but came back later and asked if we needed anything else like salt or ketchup or anything. Every McDonald's needs at least one Eric.“
