“I enjoyed the veggie sliders as a good alternative to meat! however they ordered with Thai sauce to be added and there was none on them! disappointed since this is now the 3rd time in a row going to white castle at this location that my order has been screwed up, and everytime there is such a long wait in line I never want to wait that long to get it fixed, maybe employees need more training to listen to customers better when placing orders, I know we all make mistakes but shouldn't be 3 times in a row!“

“As someone who's from Georgia, I don't usually get my hopes up. Today, I went in for some "comfort" food. I ordered on the app, and was done and got my food within 30 minutes (about the same as any other fast food place around here). Who ever was cooking, must be from the south, because the chicken was exactly what I needed and was craving! Will be back as always. Good Job Newbies and oldies.“

“Went to Culver's, through drive-thru, order was all wrong. Called the Roseville location spoke with Will, the manager. Told me to bring up my order and they would make it over for me. When I got up there he was on break. Food was not ready as promised...“

“First of all the store was rocking with 80s music! Nice!
I was with my sister and my Mom (90 years old) and after shopping all day, we stopped in for a bite.
Dion (?) took our orders and was wonderful with my Mom. Kudos to him. Super nice guy. He also brought her food to our table.
All the food was terrific.“

“Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I've been to this Arby's multiple times during the late evening hours and it's always done right! The food is hot and fresh, there are never any super long lines and the staff is professional. It's a younger gentleman that usually is there, whenever he takes my order it's perfect, not sure of his name but he has braces. Thank you!“

“I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

“The food is mostly okay. The fish sandwich patties are a little thin so they cook up dry and the edges are crunchy. The burgers are decent and the fries have flavor.

Their shakes seem to have less fillers, so are easier for people to drink than most others fast food ones out there.

Will recommend the strawberry cheesecake bites while they have them. If you really are short on time, this is A decent, quick stop. (Although the AI drive through voice will waste too much time asking if you want to make each thing a combo as if you forgot what you wanted to order for EVERY ITEM! Still, the staff make up that time at the actual window which is phenomenal.“

“The food was delicious, service was great. I usually get Chipotle but I’m going to start coming here for multiple reasons.
Chipotle isn’t rude, but never friendly if that makes sense. The 2 women working here were so pleasant. Secondly I found out they have cilantro and cotija cheese which is more authentic! Lastly finding out that queso and guacamole are free on entrées really set the deal for me. They also have shrimp and pickled onions which is big for me! I mixed shrimp and chicken and it was delicious. I’m surprised this place wasn’t packed. You guys are sleeping on this place while chipotle charging for every little thing.“

“Food is great here and what kind of restaurant can you go to and get great chicken and sides plus a couple beers for cheap? The answer is nowhere and restaurants overcharge way too much for food and drinks. The only place I’ll go to now for fried chicken because no one else even compares.“
