“Enjoyed my time at Mad Nice. Went late evening and found two friendly staff members. It wasn’t busy, so I felt advantageous and got to know the baristas a bit. I found them to be very personable and inviting, traits that unfortunately seem to be getting harder to come by these days. It’s always comforting when you come across people who still naturally carry them.

“This place is inside a medical building. It's nice and convenient. The woman working the counter was really nice and helpful. The sandwich I got was really good, but way too expensive. They should give more food or lower prices. $12.00 for a sandwich that you're still hungry when done eating is crazy.“

“The Japanese cheesecake was nice and light. They let me split the topping, it was so delicious and went well with the cake. My son had the carrot cake and said it was very good. The French Toast latte spelled fantadtic and had a nice flavor.

Coffee and tea is pretty good and the prices weren't too bad. Aesthetic is pretty; love the colors. During winter days, It's kind of cold though, so wear a coat inside. The chairs are also not comfortable for long stays, but it's nice for a quick chat!

Edit (10/26 8 months later):
I've come again to give it another try since I really do enjoy their Brown Butter Draft, but unfortunately still as cold as before. AC is blasting directly on many of the tables and seats. Still need to bring in an extra coat and hand warmers ;( I'm so bummed cause this is a great place to get coffee or work and the location is perfect. For reference, it's a bit of a chillier fall day.“

“I always place an order on my way up
The escalator it’s usually ready by the time I get there or ready in a few minutes after I place my order. for the amount of customers, the team seems pretty fast! I came on Dec 20 around 6p there was a terrible customer yelling at the barista because her hot and cold drink came out at different times. The barista apologized to the customer , and explained they had different bars doing different types of drinks. Customer and her husband were rude and even knocked over items on the floor being mean to the team .The Barista did everything right and continued to do great customer service to the others surrounding customers.“
