“Quick, fast, fresh food!I stop in at least 1-2 times a week. I’ve seen a lot change. Staffing was an issue a few months ago, but I’ve hurd the motivation chants from the manager and boost a strong team even on the short staff days. This has made a huge improvement! Staff is kind even when busy!I’ve always had fresh and cooked correctly food. Not even over cooked hash browns or burnt edges on my bagel.This is a really busy area and you guys are rocking it! “Going through the drive-thru during a regular morning rush is crazy slow, expect a 10 minute addition to your commute and once you are in line you can't really leave. However, their Iced Capps are good and the people are friendly. If there is ever a mess up they usually fix it no problem!“
“Don't any frozen drinks early in the morning like as soon as they open because I'm guessing the machine needs time to warm up before it actually gives you a good consistency I don't like how they don't put cream cheese on the bagels anymore. They give you the packet, but other than that the foods good“
“We had the mango cloud cake slice, blueberry cloud cake slice, tiramisu latte, and the honey lavendar latte. All were amazing and 10/10. The cake wasn't too sweet but instead a more subtle taste (my favorite), tasted like the actual fruit in its name, and had the fruit in it. The honey lavendar has a stronger taste of sweetness and lavendar. Get it iced. The tiramisu latte we got hot and it was also not sweet and a more subtle tiramisu taste. The cake slices were $6-$7 a slice. The lattes $5-$5.50. Reasonable prices. The service was great. There is a nice seating area inside and outside. Our favorite cafe/bakery place in Troy. Will come again.“

“I've been here a couple of times. It's a small gem on Woodward Ave across from M1 concourse. They have a great selection of donuts. It's a very popular spot so get in there, make your decision, pay, then get out of the way. There are a few chairs to sit and eat your donuts and drink your coffee but I would recommend getting it to go. It's just too busy in there to really enjoy it. It's fast pace and loud environment. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.“
