There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. Both were excellent, not too sweet, and the price was reasonable. The employee at the drive thru was also very nice, didn't rush us to order as it was our first time here. “We stoped by the Utica location twice and had mixed feelings about it. The location and ambiance is very cute and cozy. Our first trip we tried the breakfast wraps with turkey sausage which was not our favorite. Next visit we had the bagel sandwiches which were delicious. We tried 4 different lattes on the 2 visits and all tasted off. My husband and I agreed that the coffee/espresso beans they use tasted burnt. If we stop by again, we would probably just try a tea or drip coffee.“

They always make my drinks just right, food is good, service is fast, staff is kind & friendly, and the gas station it's in is very clean & nice inside & out. I get different espresso drinks depending on the day (Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso is my favorite though!) and if I get food it's almost always the bacon breakfast wrap. “My experience at A-OK Cafe was very pleasant. Firstly, the atmosphere is extremely beautiful. I love the dark vibe and the color scheme they have going on. It is a little small, but that is not too big of an issue. The service was great and the employees are always professional. I have been here 3-4 times, so you can see the different drinks I have pictured below. The first drink that I have pictured is one of their pistachio lattes, which was okay, but their pistachio did have a strong almond extract flavor. That is something I am not the biggest fan of. The last drink I have pictured is their banana pudding matcha latte, which I preferred over the pistachio latte. The flavors were there, but at other cafes, there is banana pudding with fresh bananas placed on top of the drink. I believe the bananas placed on top were frozen or just very cold. Regardless, the flavors were great, but I personally have had better banana pudding matchas at other cafes.“

Both items were fresh and delicious. The house blend medium roast is a new favorite for me; lightly chocolate with a bit of sandalwood finish. Easy to drink without acidic punch. The atmosphere of Sarah’s is calming with low volume music. The interior finishes are well coordinated earth tones adding to the soothing effect of travel to a bygone era. Great place for analytical thinkers.“

They even went ahead and wrote down my order next to the cashier because I always get the same thing. On rough days, stopping in for just a few minutes at this location gives me a lift. I ordered the strawberry crumble latte, and it was beyond delicious — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the little cake that came with the strawberry crumble latte was amazing. The birthday cake muffin was soft, flavorful, and tasted like a celebration in every bite... And don’t even get me started on the Biscoff cinnamon roll — warm, gooey, and packed with that incredible Biscoff flavor.

My husband got the Dubai chocolate latte, and he said it was completely out of this world — rich, smooth, and absolutely unforgettable.

On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
