“This was our first time eating here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. “We stoped by the Utica location twice and had mixed feelings about it. The location and ambiance is very cute and cozy. Our first trip we tried the breakfast wraps with turkey sausage which was not our favorite. Next visit we had the bagel sandwiches which were delicious. We tried 4 different lattes on the 2 visits and all tasted off. My husband and I agreed that the coffee/espresso beans they use tasted burnt. If we stop by again, we would probably just try a tea or drip coffee.“

“My experience at The Espresso House was excellent overall. We found this spot online, and it is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very masculine and spacious, with large televisions showcasing different soccer games. Very cool to have if you’re a soccer fan. The service was also amazing. The man who helped us was not only welcoming, but also very kind and patient. Regarding our drinks, they were delicious. My caramel latte had just the right amount of sweetness. ​I have to give a humongous & warm thank you Biggby Coffee in Shelby Township. The staff here is absolutely fantastic—they are so great and friendly every single time I visit. I'm one of those customers with a pretty complicated order, and they always handle it with a smile and get it exactly right.
​What I love most is the consistency. No matter what drink I order, it always tastes exactly like it's supposed to. Whether it's a hot latte or a cold brew, the quality is always perfect. It's the only coffee shop where I know I'll get a great drink and an awesome experience every time.

“Where im from, there’s a smoothie bowl place on every corner so it’s been hard for me to find one here that’s as good as home. Well this one hit the spot.

The service was spectacular at at no other place have I found have you been able to mix the bases. Personally I love the coconut with the açaí but here they had banana, so of course I tried that and it was spectacular.

Prices are pretty reasonable and for the bowls, you get a decent amount and it thaws just as good for left overs.

10/10 will be my new stop for an after work smoothie“

“The poppyseed muffin and swirl loaf were fresh. The muffin has plenty of poppies and a traditional flavor of sweetened almond. The Swirl Loaf is for cinnamon lovers. Both items were fresh and delicious. The house blend medium roast is a new favorite for me; lightly chocolate with a bit of sandalwood finish. Easy to drink without acidic punch. The atmosphere of Sarah’s is calming with low volume music. The interior finishes are well coordinated earth tones adding to the soothing effect of travel to a bygone era. Great place for analytical thinkers.“

They even went ahead and wrote down my order next to the cashier because I always get the same thing. On rough days, stopping in for just a few minutes at this location gives me a lift. It’s my permanent coffee spot.“

They always make my drinks just right, food is good, service is fast, staff is kind & friendly, and the gas station it's in is very clean & nice inside & out. I get different espresso drinks depending on the day (Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso is my favorite though!) and if I get food it's almost always the bacon breakfast wrap. I come here relatively often, usually at least 2-3 times a month. Keep it up, guys!“

Outside of that, usually mines and others that we have recommended this cafe too, usually mess with it… the steak bowl (forgot the name of it) never falls short of amazing. Not to over hype

“We had the absolute best experience at The Brew and can confidently say this will be our new weekly spot!

I ordered the strawberry crumble latte, and it was beyond delicious — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the little cake that came with the strawberry crumble latte was amazing. The birthday cake muffin was soft, flavorful, and tasted like a celebration in every bite... And don’t even get me started on the Biscoff cinnamon roll — warm, gooey, and packed with that incredible Biscoff flavor.

My husband got the Dubai chocolate latte, and he said it was completely out of this world — rich, smooth, and absolutely unforgettable.

On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

We seriously can’t wait to go back — The Brew is officially our new weekly coffee stop! ☕️💛“
