The staff is not to blame for this.In fact, they are very friendly there all the time and try to accommodate all your special wishes. Problems can happen. Just tell them.The location is easy to access and very clean. Typical Starbucks location. Go there regularly.“

She gave us a ton of recommendations for food places around the area to try. Definitely come check the place out, she’s very helpful when explaining the menu to people who aren’t into the fancy coffee drinks.“

“The young man at the second window and his friend just made my night. I havent been to a mcdonalds with this good of service with people happy to be at work and it made my night. I preordered inside and the young man at the second window I believe kayshawn maybe not and his coworker with the longer dreads, even though the inside was closed made me feel like it was no inconvenience the last time i tried i got yelled at it might jotve been McDonald's but we work with bigger trucks and not a lot make it througj drive through. Expecting them to feel inconvenience by me neither did and apologized time and time again they were sorry and i just want to say how big of a deal this was to me. Im on a budget and my gf holly wondergem ordered me this food. I wouldnt have eaten if it wasnt for those two young men tonight. These workers dont get enough credit and they deserve a raise. People like this are few and far between anymore. Truly made my night! Especially when you go to so many places and nobody cares anymore about service or anything.“
“I have gone to this establishment several times and they never disappoint. All the workers are incredibly friendly and patient so it's a really nice experience ordering. The location is so cute and quaint which is really nice compared to other locations at Great Lakes Crossing and the tea itself is absolutely wonderful. I would have to say it's my second favorite out of all the boba places I've had (only because I've been to so many.) Ultimately I highly recommend Totally Tea, if only to have a drink while browsing through all the stores.“

“So me and a coworker come here daily every now and then the service is slow. On the few occasions that we have to be at work early in the morning our orders get messed up royally two double quarter pounders and a ten piece mc nugget nothing is consistent “

“I regularly stop by in the morning on my way to work. This drivethrough is excellent in speed and service. It's more like a Nascar pit stop then a restaurant. I am rarely in line for more than a minute. Staff is well trained and professional.“
“This is a lovely coffee shop. I come here often with my 3yo who calls it "the bagel spot." I also do some work here. For some reason everyone in this place seems to always be talking about theology, but as an instructor in philosophy that makes me feel more at home rather than less.“
