“Lula's is a very casual cafe. The food was excellent, great taste, freshness and presentation. We went here for brunch and had a sandwich with side greens.
I also had a hot chocolate which was delicious!!

“Came from an hour away. The Matcha was 10/10 perfection! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Super clean! Love that there’s books you can sit a read!
Only suggestion is maybe put in a cozy couch area. Somewhere friends can sit and catch up in a more comfortable way, or sit and read a book!

“Every time I come in here I always have a great experience. The staff are very professional and friendly. And I must say they're caramel frappe is way better than Mcdonald's! I may have found my new spot for a caramel frappe. Also their breakfast sandwich when I opened it up it looked a little small at first. I went to open it up and found out it packs one hell of a punch! Well done ladies. I think I found my new Hot Spot!😎😂 Thanks to Mila for always being professional and service with a smile. “As an Actor and Filmmaker, I tend to hold a lot of meetings at Starbucks on Sashabaw Rd in Independence Township, MI as it's 25 seconds from I-75 and easy to find, but the latest remodel has reduced the available seating considerably and I'm rethinking Starbucks as a destination. It's nice that there are more power outlets to plug devices in, but fewer chairs make this added convenience counterintuitive. Not a fan of having to sit outside so I'm considering alternative, well-known locations. I think Tim Hortons may be a bit more hospitable to guests.“

“So the customer service was actually top notch. I was “that guy,” and asked all kinds of questions about the coffee and things like this and they didn’t even flinch. Shoutout to Jim. The one thing I will say is that I think either the machine needs to be checked or someone put the wrong beans in the Sunsera. I’m pretty sure I’m right because I used to work at Starbucks, I brew it at home, and we have it at my place of work. My blonde was really dark.“
“We always have great service grabbing a cup of coffee before grocery shopping. I love the Starbucks in LO too, but if you know LO's line is going to be long (time of day), stop inside and grab your latte quick at this location!

“Stopped in during the evening and had such a great experience! The employee named Peyton was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole visit so much better. He was patient, had such a positive attitude, and kept everything running smoothly even while it was busy. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and works hard. Tim Hortons is lucky to have employees like him. I hope management knows what an awesome job he's doing!“

“Oh Tim, oh Tim hortons. This shop, this is one of the greatest locations in history. The first time I came here… I got a donut. When I ate this piece of food, my life changed its course forever. I have never had a donut, or any food for that matter, as beautiful tasty as that donut ?. Maybe my chicken tenders at the fork n pint, but that’s the only thing as good. “As a coffee fan since middle school, ive been coming to this Starbucks for years. Only a couple times have I been given a drink with an error and with the busyness and constant traffic in and out, that is saying something!! The workers are so cheerful and kind amidst the stress of customers. As a ‘24 Lake Orion alumn, Wednesdays were always CRAZY with orders, but this Lake Orion Starbucks always did it best!!“

“Came to town to celebrate my cousin's upcoming wedding and I stopped here with her for some cocktails. The atmosphere was perfect, we used the outdoor seating area and enjoyed hanging out for a few hours. Drinks were super good, all the staff was friendly, and our server, Nick, was super fun and we enjoyed chatting with him! Thank you, Saint 1881 and staff. We had an amazing time :)“

“Oxford Michigan location. I visit after a hard day's work for a sweet treat only to have the rest of my day ruined by an older lady with the most meanest attitude and has trouble making simple drinks. She makes sure that I know that she hates to make any of my drinks and has poor customer service. She definitely needs a retrain or get out of the line of work. At first I thought she was just having a bad day but it's every single day and it makes me not want to ever go there again. I can't wait for the other location to open back up, she's ruining my looking forward to my sweet treat time.“
