“So this was the first Starbucks that I ever went into I must say the staff was amazing, answered all kinds of questions and got me and my daughter taken care of. I also discovered they have a bunch of meaty breakfast sandwiches. I’ll be returning for those.!“
“They were closing in half an hour. Their lobby was closed. I asked if it was okay for me to sit in the lobby to feed my baby and they said sure. We were able to feed our baby and enjoy our coffee inside. We were not rushed. Staff was super nice.“
“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. When I went to the counter, I was asked if I was using the app, I declined and even though there are kiosks, the employee could see I wasn't familiar with their system, and took my order.It made me happy because I didn't want to look silly or get frustrated in front of my Granddaughter. I asked if we could play in the playplace while we waited for our food, she said yes.My granddaughter had just taken her shoes off, ready to run when our food was brought out to us. I was impressed how hot the food was, because it was a custom order, and it still came out hot, fresh and real fast, to us.My granddaughter gets a hamburger kids meal, (with no bun, or condiments) with additional 2 patties, fries, apples and a smoothie, with her kids meal, AND a large fry.While we were eating, I noticed a woman cleaning, wiping down tables, sweeping and moping areas before other families entered the playroom. That made me feel comfortable, because I am so afraid of germs, even before the pandemic.After eating, my Granddaughter and I were excited to play but I told her we had to clean the slide, because I was afraid of the baby germs that might be on it. She agreed.After we cleaned it, we had a lot of fun. Other children weren't aware of us cleaning the slides until they couldn't walk up the slide, and when they went down the slide, they shot out real fast. They were shocked at 1st, then they all had a blast going up the obstacles to go back down the slide.My Granddaughter made new friends and I heard a lot of laughs. No one wanted to leave.I also cleaned the baby slide and enjoyed watching new mothers play with their babies. I had a great time and so did everyone else.The best part was making great memories with and for my angel My only regret was never wanting to go there with my kids when they were little like that. And I really wasn't thrilled about going in the first place. But now, I can't wait to take my angel again. ?Since the kids were shooting out so fast, I recorded them in slow-motion. I hope everyone enjoys the videos.Parking: There are several parking spots, close to doors, and several handicap parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: There is a table in the middle of the playplace with chairs that are a good height for children, in the play area, that is a lot of fun for kids.“
“Whenever I drop my daughter off at work nearby, we stop and get her breakfast on the way. The staff has been prompt and friendly at getting her sandwich, donut and drink each time. They're also quick to recognize her and say something when it's been a while since we've been in - it feels nice to be recognized and greeted by a friendly face :) I usually just get a hot chai, and that is perfection as well. When the sun comes in the window facing the counter though, LOOK OUT! Just kidding - no point in looking because you can't see anything, and neither can the poor person at the register.“
“I now realize how their service has improved from early 2000s I started coming. Most of crews are attentive for what I expect and they tell me what to do if my order is not ready right away such as making new & fresh coffee or backing new cookies. They don't talk to me too much but I feel their friendliness. I appreciate volume in McDonald's TV program from two screen is not so disturbing for me to enjoy quietly stay here. The rest room's cleanness is quite above average.“

“I've been here a couple of times. It's a small gem on Woodward Ave across from M1 concourse. They have a great selection of donuts. It's a very popular spot so get in there, make your decision, pay, then get out of the way. There are a few chairs to sit and eat your donuts and drink your coffee but I would recommend getting it to go. It's just too busy in there to really enjoy it. It's fast pace and loud environment. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.“
“I went here on a Sunday morning with a gal pal. We both enjoyed our mocha lattes. I had one made with regular milk, no whipped cream. She got one with skim milk and whipped cream. The cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was pretty good, too. The service was good. However, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.“

The most interesting to me was their Tes Leches cake -- wow! I can't wait to try it. It looks very special. The folks at the counter are friendly, and add a welcoming local vibe.“
