Arrived at 11:00am ordered at 11:02am, 11:25am my wrap, hash browns and croissant sandwich still weren’t ready. Couple ahead of me waited 15 min before I got there also still had no food at this time. Extremely disappointed in the service. Left with no food still. With 5 people working and really not being that busy (I worked 13 years at a Dunkin’ Donuts the 10 customers served during that time don’t constitute as busy.)
I want to give a Big shout out to the team at our Sashabaw Dunkins. I came in a couple days ago looking for a green donut for my 2 year old grandson. the young lady at the counter offered to decorate a donut for me. That was so thoughtful, I will be a life time customer! thank you for your great customer service!!
The nearest Dunkin is about 25 minutes away and it’s apwayd worth it! The customer service is always amazing. The food and drinks always take care of my cravings!! But this past visit my husband bought me one of the white and pink ceramic bottles with the twist lid (I’m addicted to all the tumblers, etc) but the girl told me her son used it at camp and it was phenomenal for keeping water cold! I didn’t believe her but it was cute so I wanted it! I kid you not, every time...read full review
