Unfortunately the service is extremely slow. I will place a mobile order 20+ minutes in advance and it will still not be ready by the time I get there and it's just a coffee and a donut. It used to be great. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or just not able to keep up with the steady morning flow. Hope it comes back together.
Been in here before but this time the employee was Taking a nap while customers were in the store 🙄
Use to go here all the time and they were good. Now the last 2-3 times I’ve gone they have not had anything in stock. No doughnuts no munchkins nothing. I had order the app and for the first time they were able to give me a in store refund when I went today he had told me they cannot do that on their side.
