“Every time I come in here I always have a great experience. The staff are very professional and friendly. And I must say they're caramel frappe is way better than Mcdonald's! I may have found my new spot for a caramel frappe. Also their breakfast sandwich when I opened it up it looked a little small at first. I went to open it up and found out it packs one hell of a punch! Well done ladies. I think I found my new Hot Spot!😎😂 Thanks to Mila for always being professional and service with a smile. “Went through the drive-thru to get coffee for my sister who has been dealing with morning sickness. Realized after I got the coffee that she can’t do whip cream and prefers oat milk now. The baristas were very kind and patient. They remade the coffee and didn’t charge us even though I wanted to pay. Been here several times, but today you went over and beyond. Really appreciate you guys. :) Coffee and service is always good here!!“

“The food and drinks are always good, I have had a mostly pleasant experience with minor difficulty. The only issue I have is that when I come in for the early morning breakfast (5:40am), I have had to consistently ask for a bag to put my order in. Now I don't know what upper management has to say on this, if it was their decision to not provide a bag unless asked for. but this small annoyance sets the employees up to receive undeserving hostility from the customer. I'm no exception to wanting to vent my frustration over something so minor. I do ask for understanding in this seemingly minor inconvenience.“
