First, the store has been relocated to one of the worst spots to get in & out of on M-59. Second, I ordered ahead of time, but when I went in to get my Order they had a cup I've been wanting so I went to the Register to pay and right after I get there one of the machine malfunctions. There were at least 4 Employees just standing there staring at the one Employee trying to fix whatever broke. This location is SHADY. They can’t go a single day without somehow the most common items becoming unavailable. Half of the menu is unavailable by 8am. But I will never go back to this location again after I ordered a venti drink that I get every day. It was gone in 4 drinks, the cup was 4/5 full of ice. I did not ask for any extra ice. They literally gave me a grande (possibly even just a tall) and added a bunch of extra ice to make it fit the venti cup. I assume because they...read full review
