Placed an online order 30 minutes ago. Got here, and had to wait in the drive through line because the front doors were locked???? Genuinely disappointed that we didn't order from Jersey Mike's instead
I love jimmy John's and I am a big fan of their food but the app hasn't worked at all for quite some time..so when I get excited about 6.99 toasted subs but only on the app then the app doesn't work then thats a lie and false advertisement because the app doesn't work and you wont fix it. This should be a lawsuit fr
Placed order thay called 10 min later telling me thay were out of lettuce. I was told it would take them another 10 min. Then I get text its being delivered Uber eats. From time ordered to getting food was 1.25 hours. My subs were saggy and drinks were warm.
