“Small family owned sushi restaurant. The staff here are amazing. As your walk in they greet you with a warm smile. A sushi joint lives and dies by its fish quality, and Sushi Weng absolutely nails it. The cuts are generous, clean, and incredibly fresh. Whether you are a casual fan of classic rolls or a minimalist who prefers traditional nigiri, the execution here is flawless. We came here 2 days in a roll. First day we got take out for a party. It was so good we took the family here the next day. They cut thick slices of sashimi. The salmon is soft and buttery, the rice in the rolls are soft and perfectly seasoned. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer is crispy and tossed in a dangerously addictive sweet-and-spicy house sauce. We was surprised with the complimentary tempura cheesecake. We will see you again when in town.”

Last weekend, I ordered an extra large pizza for an impromptu gathering ... the box was so big, I had to open my hatchback to fit it in the car and my guests raved about the quality and quantity of the topping.”

We've had many good personal dining experiences with the Dixie Diner, so when we needed 150 piece chicken order for Mother's Day, and I knew they had chicken "buckets" on the menu, I gave them a call. We had a dilemma, though. Several of the mothers wanted non-breaded chicken, rather than the amazing broasted chicken Dixie Diner is known for (if you haven't tried it yet, it's a must do!). Long story short, Dixie Diner agreed to make 50 pieces of baked chicken - and it's not even on the menu! The ladies were blown away. We got so many compliments on it, I had to try it personally. It was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! Calling it amazing doesn't do it justice. HIGHEST compliments to the chef! On top of that, the service was top notch. The waitress cheerfully helped me carry five trays of piping hot chicken clear to the opposite side of the parking lot without a single complaint, and still smiling when we got there. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could thank her personally. Needless to say, this is our new go-to for our special events! Thank you SO MUCH, Dixie Diner, for making all of our Mothers feel so special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“My wife and I took our 1 and a half year old out for a lunch looking for quality healthy food, and we had such an incredible experience with everything about this place, as soon as we stepped through the door we were met with this amazing energy, the dining room is adorable with little paintings the owner had done with her grandchildren, It just felt like a cozy family spot, i would 10/10 recommend to anyone thats nearby! our daughter loved everything they had we appreciated the great experience 🙏”

“The place it's self is small. There is only seating for 4. It's high bar stool style. This location is more for take out.

The flavours we tried: garlic Parmesan, honey BBQ and lemon pepper. All were good. The size of the wings were good they were pretty big. The fries are ok. Thick cut fries. We got the 50 wing pack with fries. Coleslaw and 4 sauces.

We also tried their lemonade. Blue raspberry taste like a slushy... Too sweet. Watermelon and strawberry were good too but to me a bit too sweet and needs more lemon flavor.

There was 4 of us eating and we had left overs. Over all yes I would eat here again.”

“We have been going there for years and food has always been great. None of the Americanized garage, it's traditional. The only downside is that they are busy and therefore they attemt to take care patrons quickly, without much chitchat. Secondly, some of the staff are limited in speaking English. So,sometimes they have difficulty answering questions, although they are always accommodating. But that's part of the authentic charm. They are also well accepted by the community, even the Waterford police eat their lunches there regularly.”

“Had carry out for the first time since the new ownership. Sadly, a little disappointed. I ordered the the Zip Sauce Alfredo with chicken .It was really good! However, it didn't have much chicken in it at all the the garlic bread that it came with was soggy. My wife got the "Double Fajitas" with steak and chicken. The steak was pretty bland and there was barely enough meat for 3 small fajitas. My oldest daughter got the Enchilada Dinner and really enjoyed it. Great flavor! My Youngest Daughter got pancakes and bacon. Unfortunately, they bacon was a bit undercooked and rubbery and they forgot the syrup. We love to support local business and We have gone to the restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. So I am hoping this is just some of the early "bumps and bruises".”

Came in for taco night, THESE TACOS ARE AMAZING. I got two corn tortillas with everything on them. The fresh jalapeño is diced to a nice size, complimentary of the taco itself instead of large chunks that over power the seasoning. The meat itself was seasoned to perfection. Everything else was fresh and the portions were perfect. Definitely coming back for more taco nights!”

“Went here because it's the only thai place around with beer. Started with the Shrimp Rolls. Not what I expected. Awesome jumbo tail-on shrimp wrapped up with ground pork and spices. Yum. Followed with Gang Gai, chicken, medium. They give a pretty serious medium here. I was worried it would be milder. No worries there. Needed a 2nd beer. Again, yum!
Only knock: no soup with dinner? Only thai place I've been to where they don't give a cup of soup with dinner. Most give with lunch as well.”
