Ordered in the morning for an evening delivery and Hillary was so helpful. Would highly recommend for customer service alone.
Super amazing customer service. I love getting the Deep dish BLT pizza from here along with the cheesy bread. Definitely a good spot to get some delicious pizza
Guido’s quickly fixed an order misunderstanding. Best pizza and breadsticks!!

Guido's Premium Pizza in Waterford is known for their delicious pizza and has received great feedback from customers for their kind and helpful phone service, as well as fast delivery. The 12" Medium - The Grand and 10"x10" Medium - The Classic pizzas are particularly popular and flavorful. Many have enjoyed their first experience at Guido's, noting that the pizza was done beautifully and the Motz bread was very good. However, some have found issues with the size and toppings of their deep-dish pizza, which arrived lukewarm.
Customers appreciate the ease of placing orders online and the friendly service provided by staff like Joe, who is known for being nice and engaging. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere, decorated with fun Funko Pops and a community corner, adds to the charm. The Stromboli and Subs have also received positive mentions, with food often arriving hot, even after stops for drinks. While some consider prices to be high, many believe Guido's provides a tasty pizza experience. Overall, there are inconsistencies in food quality, but the restaurant's support for local businesses and commitment to excellent service keeps customers coming back.
