Very friendly waitress, good food!
I dined at The Village Place for the first time last night - I just didn’t feel like cooking, and decided to start dining within my city. I was served the best BLT I’ve ever had - crisp bacon, juicy tomato, crunchy lettuce. This sandwich was made by someone with skills. I rashly ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, and it was huge - coconut cream and whipped cream both battling for supremacy. They have an extensive menu - I’ll be back.
I began patronizing this restaurant around the turn of the Millenium. At my church, there was a group of people that would eat out together, rotating restaurants. This was one of the particular favorites of the group. Being familiar with this place for so long, one of the things overall that I am most impressed with is ability to retain familiar faces on staff.
