Mia’s Pizzeria Brick Oven Pizza is a true Italian pizza place that Waterford has needed. The brick oven pizza features a thin, crispy, perfect crust with a light sauce where you can taste every ingredient. The crust is perfectly crispy on the bottom without making the entire pie crispy. There is a perfect amount of cheese, often with a sprinkle of Parmesan, and all the toppings and sauce taste fresh and high quality. Specific meals like the large pepperoni, Margherita, and supreme pizza are perfectly baked with generous basil and delicious, fresh, homemade sauce. The pepperoni and ham sticks and the stuffed ham and pepperoni bread are also phenomenal, with uncured pepperoni that coils up perfectly. The food has big brick oven flavor and is ready quickly. The service is great. While the wings were noted to taste sort of like Chinese food, the overall experience is very, very good and much better than chain pizza. It is a new favorite pizza spot with quality ingredients where the staff takes pride in their food.
